Isobe Onsen is known as the birthplace of the Japanese hot spring symbol that can be seen across Japan. The area is conveniently located 20 minutes by train from Takasaki Station on the Shinkansen line and 15 minutes by car from Annaka-Haruna Station on the Shinkansen line. Many people like to see the Usui Daisan Kyoryo Bridge is a beautiful bridge and the largest of its kind in Japan. It is commonly known as the "Megane-bashi" and is designated as a National Important Cultural Property. You can enjoy various hot springs such as Inoda Onsen, a quiet hideout in the mountains, Ueno-mura hot spring village, Fujioka Onsen, Myogi Onsen, and Yubata Onsen. The area can be reached in 90 minutes by train from Tokyo Station.
